User Training Is Not Required
Our products do not require training to use. The user-interface is designed to be self-explanatory, with a simple look-and-feel and well-placed help text, where necessary. Employees will be productive the first day they start using our software.
Administrator Training
Since our products are web-based on-demand software applications, IT and administrator requirements are significantly reduced. In some cases, administrators will need to maintain a few system configuration settings, and conduct simple database housekeeping functions. Training for these functions is provided via the web, in self-paced training sessions.
